Amanda CCSA 0 Report post Posted June 29, 2018 (edited) We currently have a subscription under serial number 2xxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxx which we want to upgrade to NitroPro 12 but when i enter the serial number it does not recognise it. I have the following response from Cleverbridge to say it is all valid and i need to contact you; cleverbridge (Customer Support) Jun 27, 06:52 CDT Hi Amanda, I can confirm that the license with the serial number 2xxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxx isn't recognized on Nitro's upgrade site even though the serial number is correct.
