rpwalsh 0 Report post Posted July 3, 2018 I've installed and activated Nitro Pro 12 on a new machine and cannot get the Office Add-ins to install. I have uninstalled the program and reinstalled/reactivated multiple times and each time chosen to install the add-ins but they do not show. When I run the Support Tools from the Help menu (as Administrator) I get a message "Unable to update Microsoft Word add-in." Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

There was an installation issue that prevented some users to install Nitro successfully. Users who purchased MS Office in Windows 10, via the Online Marketplace were affected by this. As a workaround, the latest Nitro Pro 12 installers were modified. Unfortunately, the consequence is that the Nitro Pro Add-ins for MS Office will not be installed.Our Engineering team is currently working on a solution for this and will update our users once that solution is available.
