Deactivated Pro 10, now no way to install/activate on new computer

First, it is very frustrating to not be able to get live help with a clear technical issue.

I have a new computer; I deactivated Nitro Pro 10 on old computer, copied serial number and was ready to install Nitro Pro 10 on my new computer.

There is no Nitro Pro 10 download , "free trial" version available on the download resource page, only Pro 11 and Pro 12.  

Tried to install and activate both 11 and 12, neither would accept my activation code, referencing that it was the wrong version activation.

What do I do?  Pro 10 download not available, and 11 and 12 won't accept the activation/serial 3?

Now to address your concern, kindly uninstall Nitro Pro 11 (or v12) and reboot your system. After rebooting the system, kindly visit this page to download the last build for Nitro Pro 10:

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activation and entering your serial number.

With regards to activating other versions using your Nitro Pro 10 serial number, you may receive '-22 Error Wrong License Number'. This means the serial number you are trying to activate is for a different version of Nitro Pro.
