Lyn Posted July 6, 2018 Report Share Posted July 6, 2018 I purchased the productivity suite with VIP Access but when i try to get email support I'm told I'm not a VIP ?? Not sure why i paid the extra when it hasn't helped me get assistance. I've sent an email asking for this to be fixed, along with a copy of my invoice to prove i've paid the extra for VIP access. MY PROBLEM: ever since i switched over to gonitro and stopped using Adobe, my laptop has just about ground to a halt. The simplest tasks are locking my computer down, and creating a nightmare for me. I need some support to find out if this is going to be the way my laptop is going to operate with gonitro, and if that is the case i would like to request a full refund so that i can go back to using adobe and have less wasted time rebooting and waiting for my laptop to start working again when it freezes. v.v.frustrated!
