Ggroch 2 Report post Posted July 10, 2018 I have a license for Nitro 12 that I have installed on 1 computer. When I try to install it on a 2nd computer it will not activate because it says all licenses have been used. However, when I paste the Nitro 12 serial number into your online license helper it says (correctly) that I have used only 1 of 2 available installs. On the machine you're having issue activating, I just made an adjustment on your license, so you can now activate your copy of Nitro Pro by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate.
