"email as attachment" button does nothing

Hey everyone,

Basically what is happening is that when I click the "Email as Attachment" button, it does nothing. Outlook 2013 is set as my default email client. I tried going to the trust settings and programmatic access settings and set to Do Not Warn, but still no resolve. I also tried setting the Macro settings to allow all, but still no resolve. I ran both Outlook and Nitro as admin, still no resolve. Would you guys have any other suggestions?
