Shel 0 Report post Posted July 13, 2018 I have an email from Nitro saying I am entitled to an upgrade to Nitro 12 (free) but when I put in my Nitro 11 serial number it states I must pay. How do I resolve this? Also, I installed Nitro 12 and it now doesn't allow me access to Nitro 11. Nitro 12 is in trial mode currently, help...
