I have multiple emails from Nitro stating that Nitro 12 is coming and I would be provided with V12 free as part of my subscription. When I try to upgrade I am required to pay $121. So what is going on? I can't contact Nitro Support because the system doesn't recognize my serial no and I keep getting referred to the FAQ, so I have to hope that someone from Nitro reads this and can do something.
