Spade 0 Report post Posted July 16, 2018 (edited) Hello, We have a client running a licensed copy of Nitro Pro version 11.0.2.110 installed over Windows 7 Pro x64. The user recently complained of disk space constraints and we discovered over 100GBs of data in the default windows print spool folder. The only reason I am here is because we also discovered ~88GBs of data in the folder located here: C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\NitroSpoolDir I can't help but suspect the two are related, and the user confirms they are using the Nitro PDF converter to print documents of a regular basis.
