Shauna Watt Posted July 19, 2018 Report Share Posted July 19, 2018 Since Nitro Pro 12 stopped being able to convert files for me today I ran a repair. The repair got to 99% and then after one hour did not finish so I stopped it. I then decided to uninstall and re-install the software to get a clean version. The uninstall also does not work I manage 15% completion and after another hour no more progress. I also cannot use Nitro Pro right now. Also, I purchased VIP Support a few months ago when I upgraded to version 12 but the Nitro site will not let me raise a ticket - what's with that accepting my money for direct support but not providing it! thanks Shauna Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
