Flip 0 Report post Posted July 19, 2018 I have moved a licensed install of Nitro Pro 8 from a Windows 7 32-bit desktop, where it worked OK, to a Windows 7 32-bit laptop. On the laptop every attempt at a file conversion fails with the error "The creation process encountered an error, and failed to create the PDF file". I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times, I have even rebuilt the laptop so it's completely clean with a fresh registry, and it still fails. It also fails if I try a conversion directly in Word (error "Nitro Pro 8 could not create PDF"). Help! Thanks. Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
