Tobinc 0 Report post Posted July 20, 2018 A client of mine purchased Nitro after using the trial at my recommendation. After purchasing the software we waited a few days but never received an email for activation not did the software change its status from trial. I checked spam filter and junk mail and was unable to find any trace of an email. I emailed them as well as calling a support number I found. I never heard back. That was a few months ago.
