Here are the steps: - Uninstall your current version of Nitro Pro which you can do through Windows Control Panel. - Once complete, shutdown your PC (not a restart) and turn on again - Follow this link to download the latest update of your version in English: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/retail/000001632 I hope this helps.
