In trying to use the CD I received with my purchase of Nitro Pro in 2013 (opening the file nitro_pro8_x64), I'm getting an error message "Decoding error = 1" I've tried going directly to Support for help with activation, but in entering the 8-digit serial number printed on the CD, I get another error, "licenses.gonitro.com says Please enter a valid serial number."
