Deactivation/Activation needed

I have been running V11 on a machine that crashed and is inaccessible.  I would like to reinstall on another machine.  I downloaded the free version hoping I could use my key to activate it but the trial version is V12 and won't let me use a V11 key.  How should I handle this?

I believe you have received the error '-22 Error Wrong License Number'. This means the serial number you are trying to activate is for a different version of Nitro Pro. Looks like we need to uninstall the current version of Nitro Pro 12 on your computer and install Nitro Pro 11. Kindly follow these steps:

1. Uninstall Nitro Pro from your computer then reboot the machine.
2. Download your Nitro Pro from these link/s:
x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_1108470/en/burn/nitro_pro11_ba_x64.msi
x32 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_1108470/en/burn/nitro_pro11_ba_x86.msi

3. After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activation and entering your serial number.
