It is possible that a firewall or proxy setting, malware or antivirus software is preventing your Nitro Pro from downloading/installing properly. Please check any relevant settings that would allow the download/install. If you get any error message, please attach on your next response. Thank you. We may look to develop Nitro Pro for Mac in future but currently there are no concrete plans to do so. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. In the meantime, we also offer Nitro Cloud, an online eSigning and document collaboration platform which may work as an alternative. This is a browser-based solution so it will work on a Mac. We are currently working on enhancing its performance with iPad, iPhone and other handheld devices.
