AWM 0 Report post Posted July 25, 2018 Unfortunately non of the above works. https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads This only gets me an icon and I cant open Nitro http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/retail/000001632 This gets me slightly more - a white box which says Welcome to Nitro Pro... then nothing I realise I will need to re-activate once I have downloaded Nitro 11 and it is functional - but I still cant download a functional Nitro 11 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Kelvin V. 0 Report post Posted July 25, 2018 Hi @AWM, I tested both links and they're working on my end (Nitro Pro 11 web and direct installers). It is possible that a firewall or proxy setting, malware or antivirus software is preventing your Nitro Pro from downloading/installing properly. Please check any relevant settings that would allow the download/install. If you get any error message, please attach on your next response. Thank you. We may look to develop Nitro Pro for Mac in future but currently there are no concrete plans to do so. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. In the meantime, we also offer Nitro Cloud, an online eSigning and document collaboration platform which may work as an alternative. This is a browser-based solution so it will work on a Mac. We are currently working on enhancing its performance with iPad, iPhone and other handheld devices.
