Word Add in for Nitro Pro 12 not showing

One one of my computers that I run Nitro Pro, the add in was automatic however on the other it is absent. I look in the options and Add in settings and Nitro is nowhere to be seen. It is not in the active or inactive. What's going on? We are running Microsoft Office 2016 Pro.

The first thing I would try is repairing Nitro on that machine.
