Levi 0 Report post Posted July 26, 2018 Hello. I decided to give the Pro 12 trial a go. I did not know, and don't remember the installer ever asking me if it was okay to uninstall or overwrite Pro 11, and yet, it's gone. My company probably has a business license or licenses of some kind, which now seems to be invalidated on my machine. Previously, I could simply upgrade Pro 11 without having to re-enter any serial numbers or licensing details. I wasn't sure that it would automatically upgrade to Pro 12, but I sure wasn't expecting what actually happened. I am fairly pleased with your product, but this is kind of unacceptable. No trail software should ever just overwrite an existing licensed install. So correct me if I am wrong, but I assume that I now have to find a link to redownload Pro 11, then find out what the serial number or license number was for my machine, and then re-activate it?
