Facing problem durinc product activation

Dear Sir,

I am facing issue during product installation.

We bought this license Nitro pro 11 in 2017. This is my order reference number: 1097vwxyz.

Due to some issue  we have formatted my computer but when we tried to reinstall we are facing an issue.

We tried manual activation method too but still it shows it is in use.

Can you please help me.

I am going around in circles! My machine crashed (Motherboard failure) so I have had to start again. I have been in and deactivated my licence as instructed. I now have Status: Active, Number of Activations:0, Number of Activations allowed: 2 When I then enter my serial number, it says -23 Error - Licence number already used.Please can you tell me how to get past this. Its driving me nuts

Hello @Payal,

Thanks for your patience.

Please ignore my personal message and try activating again.

I just made an adjustment on your license, so you can now activate your copy of Nitro Pro by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate.

I trust you're doing great today!

I received your PM and it seems to me you're unable to print to PDF by going to File > Print.

To further troubleshoot, kindly do a repair your Nitro Pro via the Control Panel > Programs and Features. Please reboot your computer before and after running this repair to ensure that there are no ties to Nitro still active in the background (refer to this article: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/repair/000001641).

I too am experiencing great issues with activating this product.  I purchased is on June 13, reference # 1385xxxxx.  I tried the deactivation and that didn't work for me.  I find this to be frustrating.

Hello @JMrarsh,

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

Our records show you were able to activate Nitro Pro 12 last 16th of July and deactivated last 26th. With this, you should not be having issue activating since no devices are using the license.

Thank you for the reply.  The error message is -22: Error Wrong liscence number.  When I tried to deactivate it today and use the liscence number provided it advised that I had 0 deactivation.

Hello @JMrarsh,

Thanks for your response.

Please be informed that '-22 Error Wrong License Number' means the serial number you are trying to activate is for a different version of Nitro Pro. Looks like we need to uninstall the current version of Nitro Pro on your computer and install Nitro Pro 12. We then activate it using your serial number. Kindly follow these steps:
 
1. Uninstall Nitro Pro from your computer then reboot the machine.
2. Download your Nitro Pro from these link/s:

x32 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_1200112/en/burn/nitro_pro12_ba_x86.msi
x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_1200112/en/burn/nitro_pro12_ba_x64.msi

3. After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activation and entering your Nitro Pro 12 serial number.
