Unable to install Nitro Pro 11

I am unable to install Nitro Pro on my new Laptop (HP Envy) a 64-bit Window 10 machine. I am however able to install Pro 12 with not issues.

Error message: " Nitro Pro Setup Wizard ended prematurely because of an error. Your system has not been modified. To install this program at a later time, run Setup Wizard again. Click the Finish button to exit the Setup Wizard."

Thank you for getting back to me and for providing these information.

Let us try some troubleshooting by referring to these steps:
1. Make sure MS Office is already installed on your machine before running the installation.
2. If it's already installed, run a repair of your MS Office (Setting > Apps or Control Panel > Programs and Features) and run NET Framework Repair Tool. You can download this tool from this page: ttps://www.microsoft.com/en-au/download/details.aspx?id=30135

3. Clear the content of the directory under C:\users\your_username\Appdata\local\temp. For whatever reason, not all temp files automatically remove themselves and is NOT usually caused by Nitro Pro files.

4. Run MS FixIt to uninstall all version of Nitro Pro from your machine:

5. Reboot your machine.

6. Now manually check for left over registries from Nitro Pro (Run > regedit) and delete them. Make sure to save a backup before making any change. Reboot the machine again after deleting Nitro Pro traces.

7. Please clear all your downloads folder or delete all downloaded Nitro installers. This step is important because we noticed that if you are saving all the installers and you download them in the same folder (like the downloads folder), the EXE can pick up any MSI installed in that folder and you may pick-up one of the older builds instead of the newly downloaded package.

8. Download and install Nitro Pro 11.0.8.470 using offline installers:

x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_1108470/en/burn/nitro_pro11_ba_x64.msi
x32 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_1108470/en/burn/nitro_pro11_ba_x86.msi

9. After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activation and entering your serial number.
