Impossible to contact someone in sales

I have tried contacting someone on the sales department using the web form. I filled that form several times. I was in contact with Peter Tham in sales but he stopped writing back. I wrote a Twitter message, I also called their ground line (I was only able to record a voice message), etc.

Can anyone please tell me why is it that hard to contact someone on sales?
