You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab (format is 11.X.X.X) In the meantime, please right-click on the Nitro icon on your desktop > Run as administrator If the welcome screen is no longer blank, click on Let's get productive/don't show at startup (depends on what version you're using).
