adelsr Posted July 30, 2018 Report Share Posted July 30, 2018 I received an e-mail confirming I have software assurance back in June and was eligible for a free upgrade to v12. At the time I had a medical issue and was not able to address it immediately. Now, when I follow the link it is guiding me to pay for the upgrade. Please advise.
