At the time I had a medical issue and was not able to address it immediately. Now, when I follow the link it is guiding me to pay for the upgrade. Please advise. To upgrade to Nitro Pro version 12 for free, kindly go to our official upgrades page: https://www.gonitro.com/support/upgrade Enter your Nitro Pro 11 serial number and follow the prompts to receive your new serial number and installation files.
