Purchased 3 licenses but only 2 will activate

I purchased 3 licenses but only 2 will activate. Your license system shows I only have 2 licenses. I paid for 3, the email from Cleverbridge shows I purchased 3, I called Cleverbridge on July 24, 2018 and they still show I have 3. Cleverbridge says they reached out to you on July 24, 2018 to fix this. I still can not activate my 3rd license. Fix this.

Thanks for posting on our Community Forums!

I was able to verify that you purchased 3 single-user licenses and you were issued 3 serial numbers. 

For every single-user license of Nitro Pro, You are allowed to have Nitro installed on two computers, as long as you follow the rules outlined in our End User License Agreement (EULA).

I will message you the three serial numbers.

Thank you, Kelvin, that solved my problem. I had not realized that 3 serial numbers had been issued, but rather had thought I had 1 number that could be used 3 times.
