chart reader Posted August 1, 2018 Report Share Posted August 1, 2018 I am using Nitro Pro 22.214.171.124. Today when I clicked "Create PDF" on my Outlook ribbon to save a specified email as a PDF in a designated folder on my computer, it did not work. I returned to Outlook to try and repeat the process but the Nitro Pro tab had disappeared from the Outlook ribbon!! Absolutely no idea what happened here. I have created PDF of many emails in Outlook and never had a problem. Any idea how to fix this. I would greatly appreciate any help you can offer. Thank you.
