Nitro 12 - insert option not sticky

If I remember right (and it's not THAT long ago), in Nitro 10 when I went to insert a PDF into an existing PDF, it would remember the prior setting (usually to insert at the end of the existing file). Now, no matter what, the default is to insert after the current page. Am I missing something in settings or otherwise?
