Problem with getting an upgrade from Nitro Pro 11 to 12 with Software Assurance

I am trying to get my free upgrade from Pro 11 to 12, but it is telling me I have to pay the $79.99 fee after putting in my key.  I was also supposed to get 1 year of premium support, but it is also telling me that I do not have that support available, so I am unable to open a ticket.  I tried contacting sales as I am looking to potentially purchase more licenses, but they pointed me back to the places I have already been.  Please help as there seems to be no other support option.
