Mutiple page scan

Hello

 

I'm trying to scan multiple pages in one pdf. I go page by page with my HP 5540. It seems to scan well but at the last step, when I finalize to import in Nitro, it only imports the last page scanned. It uses WIA protocol.

Thanks for the update - I've been a user of Nitro for years

With this functionality not working, its the firsts time I have reverted to a previous version

Version 12.1 was released on August 8 and still this problem exist.  They knew about it in June!

Assuming they are using JIRA, I hope this is not at the bottom of the KANBAN

After release of 12.2.0 228 on August 22, this problem still exist.  This is two updates to Version 12 and still it is not resolved.

Same exact problem. I've been using Nitro PDF for years, and decided to upgrade. Sorry I did.

This is ALL I USE THE SOFTWARE FOR. If I can't scan multiple pages into a single pdf, I basically threw away 159 dollars.

How could a bug like this go unnoticed in production software? It's a fundamental feature!
