Install 32 bit and 64 bit preview handlers

I'm on Windows 10 64 bit, and using XYplorer instead of File Explorer. Unfortunately, at the moment it requires a 32 bit preview handler. Is there a way to install both 32 bit and 64 bit handlers?

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

We haven't had a request to have both handlers available, so that might not be an option.

But if the preview handler is not working, you may try to run a repair on Nitro Pro via Start > Settings > System > Apps & features > Nitro Pro

If that doesn't work please try unregistering the DLL file using the following Administrator command (Admin CMD): 

regsvr32 -u "C:\Program Files\Nitro\Pro 11\NitroPDFPreviewHandler.dll" 

Then repair Nitro again.
