Skepticologist 0 Report post Posted August 5, 2018 I get the error message in the title whenever I click on "Create PDF > From Email" in my NitroPro 12 Outlook Add-In. I've searched this forum with every combination of the words in the error I can think of but have found nothing. I'd very much appreciate any leads toward resolving this issue. Thanks. Steven Zakulec 60 Report post Posted August 6, 2018 You could try repairing Nitro (http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/repair/000001641 ) or reinstalling the Office addins- they're in the PDF Support tool under the PDF Creation tab ( http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/answers/Nitro Pro/000001584).
