Skepticologist 0 Report post Posted August 5, 2018 I purchased a one-year subscription to Software Assurance for Nitro Pro on May 28, 2017. I just discovered that when I opted for a free upgrade to Nitro Pro 12 on June 6, 2018 I overlooked renewing Software Assurance. I find it strange that I wasn't notified of my subscription's expiration in advance. I would like to once again enroll in whatever premium support program exists currently, but I've been unable to find any information in that regard.
