Robin Posted August 6, 2018 Report Posted August 6, 2018 Hello, I had to change my PC. How can I deactivate the license to use the license on the new pc. The old pc cannot be used.

I released your key so you can reactivate. If in the future, you would like to move your license to a new computer, or plan on reformatting your computer, I suggest you deactivate first by clicking on: Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activation > Deactivate. This will allow you to reactivate on another computer. I hope this helps!
Robin Posted August 6, 2018 Author Report Posted August 6, 2018 Hello Leslie V., thank you for your answer. When I want to activate there is still the message "process unsuccessful...License Key already used". The License number is 234601 - xxxxxx - xxxxxx.
