giles perryman 0 Report post Posted August 7, 2018 Since a Win10 auto upgrade this week my Nitro10 Pro will not open properly. When I try to open it, it shows in the taskbar, but when clicked on, it does not open on screen. I'm still able to pdf print from Word and Excel using Nitro, but the Nitro is not opening to show the file. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I recommend that you repair your Nitro Pro via the Control Panel > Programs and Features. Please reboot your computer before and after running this repair to ensure that there are no ties to Nitro still active in the background.
