Adele Posted August 7, 2018 Report Share Posted August 7, 2018 Hi, I have installed Nitro Pro 12, when I enter our serial number it keeps coming up with error, I have also tried deactivating but nothing seems to work. The serial number I have is for Nitro 11, do I need a new serial number for Nitro Pro 12?! I have checked and we have two licenses, one is active and one is not yet active so I'm not sure why its not working? Please advise.
