Adele 0 Report post Posted August 7, 2018 Hi, I have installed Nitro Pro 12, when I enter our serial number it keeps coming up with error, I have also tried deactivating but nothing seems to work. The serial number I have is for Nitro 11, do I need a new serial number for Nitro Pro 12?! I have checked and we have two licenses, one is active and one is not yet active so I'm not sure why its not working? Please advise. Thank you Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I'll create a ticket on your behalf so you can provide me the two licenses. I'll then give you the exact steps on how you'll be able to activate successfully. Cheers.
