numbersguy 0 Report post Posted August 9, 2018 i just tried to download our company bank statements in PDF format but the PDF never came up. i just got a circle that went round and round but no document ever appeared. This is a NEW problem. I have been using Primo and Nitor PDF for over 10 years now. please help. Anyone know how to change PDF viewing back to Adobe in the meantime? Steven Zakulec 60 Report post Posted August 13, 2018 Here's some things you can try: Use Disk Cleanup to empty out your temporary files in Windows Update Nitro to the latest version for your release (https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads ) Repair Nitro: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/repair/000001641 In case none of that works, here's how to change PDF viewers: To change viewers, right-click on a PDF and click on Open With, and choose Other App (or right-click on a file, choose Properties, then click the Change button in the Open With line).
