Can't create Nitro Cloud Account

I have a user that is trying to create a Nitro Cloud account but she isn't receiving the email to activate it or create a password. We've checked spam folders and the company quarantine but we don't see it anywhere.

I just wanted to update this with the resolution: I got an email from Nitro support saying the account was created and to have the user try to reset their password. When they did they actually got the email. I don't know if there is a gap in time between when the user activates their account and when they will actually start receiving emails but this is the second user that had this issue.
