Steven DENISE Posted August 18, 2018 Report Share Posted August 18, 2018 Hi everyone, I'm using Nitro Pro 10.5.8.44 (last 10 version available). I just installed my windows 8.1 64 bits from start. After installing Nitro Pro, I can't find the PDF printer anymore. I tried to install it back with "help ==> assistance tools ==> PDF creator" but in the displayed windows printer is inactivated. Before continuing, I should let you know that we no longer support Nitro Pro 10 or older. It has been discontinued as documented in our Sunset Policy: https://www.gonitro.com/support/sunset-policy As a courtesy, kindly uninstall the version you currently have, reboot your machine and reinstall Nitro Pro 10.5.9.14 French version: http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_105914/fr/burn/nitro_pro10_ba_x64.msi Cheers! As Nitro Pro is a product I quite often use, I was wondering about the update price and policy? How much would it cost to update from my actual version to the 12 version?
