IanT 0 Report post Posted August 20, 2018 I am trying to take advantage of the upgrade path from Nitro Pro v9 to v12 but the checker does not recognise my serial number as supplied by Cleverbridge. However when I use the same serial number on the licence checker it does respect this number and advises me correctly of how many times it is activated. Can anyone assist with please? Kindly try again by entering your Nitro Pro 9 serial number in our Upgrade Portal: https://www.gonitro.com/support/upgrade Please be aware that it works perfectly on my end and I received the message 'You’re eligible for a discounted upgrade to Nitro Pro 12'.
