IanT Posted August 20, 2018 Report Share Posted August 20, 2018 I am trying to take advantage of the upgrade path from Nitro Pro v9 to v12 but the checker does not recognise my serial number as supplied by Cleverbridge. However when I use the same serial number on the licence checker it does respect this number and advises me correctly of how many times it is activated. Can anyone assist with please?
