Hello,

again we got a problem here with the reactivation of a 7 licenses key.
Unfortunately my workmate forgot to dactivate the license on the old desktop pc (computername PCvvvv) of a colleague before we scrapped and replaced it with an new Notebook with Windows 10 (computername NBwwww) .
The serial number in question is 234600-xxxxxx-xxxxxx.
I am counting again on you to solve this problem.

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

I just made an adjustment on your license, so you can now activate your copy of Nitro Pro by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate.

I was now able to activate Nitro Pro on the new Notebook of my colleague .
