Restore License Activations on Volume License

Hi, 

I need help, we have a volume license for Nitro Pro 11 with 22 activations. We are trying to re-use the license as some of the original users are no longer with the company. I found that our IT support team was not deactivating the application when laptops were being turned in. Is there a way we can clear the unused seats for re-activation? We are currently only using 14 seats of the 22 we have available.
