Rob Nicholson 1 Report post Posted August 24, 2018 I've just installed v12 on a new Lenovo laptop - no previous versions. It prompts about closing Windows Explorer (not sure why!) but has then left the laptop in an unusable state, i.e. it didn't restart explorer.exe. Have to reboot the laptop! As my client doesn't have any automatic deployment tools, they have to install the software themselves. This bug linked with the DPI splash screen error means that v12 is not fit for release at the moment ? It's been out for several months now but the MSI version hasn't been updated since July (I think). My client is already making murmurings about jumping ship to Foxit Reader - please don't give them ammunition! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
