Caroline 0 Report post Posted May 13, 2017 Hi, One of the main reasons I purchased nitro pro was to convert pdfs; however, I get "File conversion has failed due to an internal error." each time I try to convert. I get the message when I try to convert a file to word, powerpoint, rich text, and plain text. Before I get the "failed" message above, I get a message that says that "The file contains non-standard encoding and may not be processed correctly. If the conversion contains errors, you can change the 'Advanced text recovery' setting in 'Conversion' to improve the output quality. Any advice is appreciated.
