SRMorgan
I am new to NitroPro and have encountered this problem: I have to add a text box to all of the pages in a document. For example all pages must say "page 7" in a text box and it should be at the bottom of the page centered. I created a text box, copy and pasted it to the next sheet and it positions itself in the middle of the page, I can't move it, I can't find a hook so I have to enlarge it and then minimize it. A real pain, How can I position the box in one spot and anchor it so that when I copy it is placed in the same position? Better yet, is there a way to copy it to all sheets at once? Thanks SRM
Power User Steven Zakulec Posted August 28, 2018 Power User Report Share Posted August 28, 2018 Have you investigated the Headers & Footers option yet? This seems like exactly what you want, and then you don't have to worry about fiddling with boxes. Go to the Page Layout tab, and then click on Headers & Footers. Choose Manage Headers & Footers. Then you can preview the existing ones, and create new ones. If using the Headers & Footers option isn't possible, or doesn't work, let me know.
