lew boore 0 Report post Posted August 27, 2018 Please HELP, as I feel I am in a never-ending "do-loop". I recently received a new work computer. I deactivated my 2 licenses on the computer so that I could re-install. However there is no "re-install" button; just a deactivate one. When I look through the topics it takes me to the EXACT same page as I deactivated, however I cannot activate it on the page. Please let me know how to work around this. THANK YOU!! On the machine you're having issue activating, I just made an adjustment on your license, so you can now activate your copy of Nitro Pro by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate. Yes, kindly download and install Nitro Pro 12.2.0.228 using below offline installers: x32 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_1220228/en/burn/nitro_pro12_ba_x86.msi x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_1220228/en/burn/nitro_pro12_ba_x64.msi If you are not sure which to pick, this will help: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/64/000001874 After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activation and entering your serial number.
