Please ensure you entered it correctly. If you believe you are eligible for an upgrade, please leave a post on our Community Forum and update us with your issue." I need support help . JOROZDAV Posted August 30, 2018 Report Share Posted August 30, 2018 I have 2 activation allowed, I have received an invitation email to upgrade to V12 i did it in my desktop and is working great but I forgot to do the same in my laptop and now I am having trouble to activate my licence in my laptop because link has expired and I did install trial version 12 but it will be not working soon. Upon checking your Nitro Pro 12 serial number, I can see you were able to activate on your machine last 7th of June. As you can see, I edited your message to hide the serial number because it is not a private message. To send a private message in the future, hover your mouse on-top of my name then click Message. Back to you concern, your serial number is for a Nitro Pro 12. Are you sure you downloaded the correct link to install? To move forward, please clear all your downloads folder or delete all downloaded Nitro installers. This step is important because we noticed that if you are saving all the installers and you download them in the same folder (like the downloads folder), the EXE can pick up any MSI installed in that folder and you may pick-up one of the older builds instead of the newly downloaded package. Then download and install Nitro Pro 12.2.0.228 using below offline installers: x32 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_1220228/en/burn/nitro_pro12_ba_x86.msi x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_1220228/en/burn/nitro_pro12_ba_x64.msi After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activation and entering your serial number.
