slesliec 0 Report post Posted August 29, 2018 (edited) 8.29.18 - My files are now saving to a .18 extension instead of a .pdf extension and my client can't open them. This just started about a month ago. Also, support is not recognizing my serial number so I can't contact them. Edited August 29, 2018 by slesliec I forgot to add something.
