Tom Britton 0 Report post Posted May 15, 2017 Today Nitro Pro 10 stopped working. I can't open any pdf files. I click, the wheel turns for a bit and stops. I'm running Windows 7 and I have the patch. Steven Zakulec 60 Report post Posted May 16, 2017 There was an issue in earlier versions of Nitro where the software didn't close properly, so you would end up not being able to open PDFs because too many copies of Nitro were running. This was fixed in later versions of Nitro 10 & not present in 11. To check if this is the issue, open up Task Manager (CRTL+ALT+DEL) and look for NitroPDF.exe in the process list once you've closed all the open Nitro windows. Ending all the NitroPDF.exe processes will let you open PDFs again. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
