2HAM Posted September 1, 2018 Report Share Posted September 1, 2018 I have an active version of Pro 11 and the Eligibility checker gives me this message when I put my serial number in. "We were unable to validate your serial number. Please ensure you entered it correctly. If you believe you are eligible for an upgrade, please leave a post on our Community Forum and update us with your issue." I previously email the company and was told that I am eligible, but I would have to make a posting on here to get the issue resolved.
